Other option to Cote Lake JV

Other option to Cote Lake JVThe struggle with TRR's share price could very well be due to the fears of management JV'ing Cote Lake.  TRR could stand to lose a 50% interest and control as an operator of the project for something far less than half the in-situ value of the resource.

The solution to this is simple and is the same as what the HDI boys did to create Detour Lake.  IMHO Cote Lake should be spun into a new company, call it Cote Lake Gold Corp.  The share price would be at $10 in no time.  Leave Chester with TRR and TRR would remain as a major investor in the new company.

Joint venturing something like Cote Lake might be great for management as it will satisfy their personal goals but will be a disaster for us investors.

Just my humble opinion.
