If APEC had seen enough to throw 20M into the investment, I would expect that the prospects are pretty good for the Winnipeg group too. I wonder if Raymond is looking to lock up both investment groups or shopping to see who has the cheaper cost of borrowing. Either way, that's a pretty good scenario for MPE.

I wonder if there are any deals waiting in the wings for MPE. I'd expect that if the funding of the loan does go through, that perhaps Raymond can ink these contracts and actually fulfill them. Expansion of the greenhouse has been considered for a long time but they've never had the cash to actually make it happen.
