It is a "dated Bioniche NR with date changed" at the top of article to September 27, 2010 on the site sourced.
The line in first paragraph of article re
"Recruitment has been completed in its Phase III clinical program evaluating Urocidin"kept me thinking something isn't right (i.e., why are they saying recruitment has been completed?). To the point I got out of bed and revisited the site then did some additional googling of key words which lead me to the true source and yes on Bioniche's IR site as a Aug 24, 2009 NR.
A thousand apologies!!! and sorry for any confusion caused. I will email the site article appears with Sep 27, 2010 date and ask them to delete/ change date.
