RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: Point of Law = Question of Law
Time line:
1) Hearing on the 25th-26th, I agree.
2) Shortly after company puts out news release thanking investors for their patience, says how well the hearing went and they are encouraged about a final outcome in their favour. Again, agreed.
3) 3 months go by with no news I disagree and predict a decision immediately or, at latest, before end of November.
4) A decision is reached by the board (Not a "board", it's a judge.)
5) Another month goes by and Vinland appeals at the last minute. I predict "no appeal" based on the written decision of the judge.
6) More months go by with no news. Immediate news from company regarding a PP to fund drilling program for Spring.
7) Deadllines come and go, people write more letters to the editors and to politicians. Everyone happy with new and improved share price.
8) A court date is set Expedited drill program confirms previous drill results.
9) People get excited that a court date will take place months down the road. Expanded drill program discovers larger ore body than was previously believed.
10) Process goes through aformentioned steps again, like an endless loop. Vinland dries up and blows away. Wikipedia entry for Chislett/Vinland describes bitter end.
11) People complain. People celebrate.
