Thanks guys...

Thanks guys...Thanks, just trying to keep things light.  My official prediction for when the end of this thing will come is...."Sooner rather than later."  I'm very confident that the decision from the Judge after the October hearings will favour Canstar - give that a 90% likelihood of happening.  Vinland will, no doubt, attempt an appeal - give that a 90% chance.  But here's what will happen next - the NF Appeal Court will refuse to accept Vinland's appeal filing and will state that it has already heard the case several times and they're done with it!  Vinland will scream about due process, etc, etc and will attempt to file with the SCoC.  SCoC will also refuse to hear the case (don't know how long this will take but I expect it won't take long).  If everything goes well we may be drilling by spring - Woo Hoo!  (hey, I don't really know what will happen - I'm just trying to pass the time while waiting).
