Jilin Jien Nickel Industry Co. Ltd. announced on May 11 that the company and its partner Goldbrook ventures Inc. (GBK) have finished acquisition of 100% stake as well as all the convertible senior unsecured debentures of Royalties. Royalties has withdrawn from Toronto Security Exchange.
Canada based Royalties owns rich mineral resources. The total proved ore reserve of the company is 25.34mlnt in 6 ore beds, including 228kt of nickel metal and 277kt of copper metal. Meanwhile, another 4 ore beds with great prospecting potential have been found recently in the ore forming area. Successfully acquisition of Royalties will greatly lift mineral reserves of Jien Nickel.
