RE: Basically Insolvent

RE: Basically InsolventSo, the situation appears to be this...1 - too low stock value with trading marginal at best, 2 - no capital to develope the mines potential, 3 - no possibility to obtain financing under TSE rules, 4 - little chance of aquiring financing without giving up more control.

I voted in favor of the share consolidation but the board screamers won out in the end. All the "No to Consolidation" messages that were posted have got us to where we are now. I hope you're happy. The no vote took away any chance to improve the situation without outside help. The company has effectively been "painted into a corner" and nobody is looking in our direction.
