Greystone Housing Impact Investors LP is engaged in acquiring, holding, selling and otherwise dealing with a portfolio of mortgage revenue bonds (MRBs). The Company's segments include Affordable Multifamily MRB Investments, Seniors and Skilled Nursing MRB Investments, MF Properties, and Market-Rate Joint Venture Investments. The Affordable Multifamily MRB Investments segment consists of its portfolio of MRBs, governmental issuer loans (GILs) and related property loans that offer construction and/or permanent financing for multifamily residential and commercial properties in their market areas. Nanika used to be New Cantech Ventures. Jacuta has been the prez since 2007 but he has been a director since 1994. How he originally got that job, he doesn't eactly seem to have the background, is a question the answer to which lurks in the murky waters of Canadian politics. This is at least as far as I can get. We all have to make up our minds if we want to trust mr. Jacuta with our money.
