RE: RE: Is there a court case pending?It would depend on what the payout was. If they could sell me on staying with the company they would have to be very convincing. I mean I would need a lot of details. Most likely I would still be loosing most of what I put in with the payout. But again a lot more details would be needed. I mean what direction would the company go into potash?
