I'm a fundamentals guys, so here's what I see...

low float...
VERY low $17.5 mil market cap (outstanding shares)...
involved in high-visibility REE industry (heavy REE, to boot)....
REE industry still in its infancy...
high visibility partnership w/Rare Element heavyweight...

high-visibility board w/REE industry "whos-who"..

great projects....
overbought short-term?....maybe, maybe not.....
I dont care, as MDL will be several multiples its current price in the near future, IMO...
