I don't think that people are as worried about EVBC startup as they are of UMZ startup. The presentations they have given and several reports tended to indicate an October startup - earlier in the month rather than later. We are the 18th and still no announcement - so perhaps some are getting itchy. Given the history of this company - they never put out press releases spouting hype - I believe they may have already started up and are waiting for a month of production numbers before they put out a press release. As an example of their no hype policy - the Spanish government last week announced a 5,000,000 Euro grant and Orvana still has not put out anything acknowledging it.
You have to come to terms that although some companies put out a press release everytime somebody discovers a nugget of gold, Orvana only puts out releases when they absolutely have to - for disclosure reasons.
If you wait you will be rewarded. Of that I have no doubt.
