RE: Canadian Business Act statesI`m not advocate to hold this stock forever,but it`s obvious this deal  is not clean and too complicated.  USD4,65 is  CAD 4,72 today so money is not frozen completely .Sure from Missouri picture looks different ,couple weeks ago you were sorry that you could not sell your stock even for $4,1 because of low volume on American OTC. This buyout should be done smooth and fast so nobody would have a chance to contest it future GOLD IPO.
