Absolutely correct sir.

With regards to the margin of RRSP accounts...I applied to have all my accounts be marginable and there was no hassle from TD Waterhouse. I will get the final response this week so I'll let you know if we hit any snags. With regards to margin, Mike was saying that some institutions are easier than others. TD won't margin BXI until after 3.00. Mike says B of Montreal is much more amenable.
