Severstal is in quite unique interesting position ,from one hand it wants spend as litle as posible ,but from another CRU will be 100% included in Gold IPO .So if it pays more ,valuation of the CRU stake in the whole new co also increase, I believe CRU game is not over yet .Finally guess  who bought almost 800,000 shares today?
