QUESTION ONE IS PROBABLY EASY:
My guess is that this same guy is spending his time on a nearby hilltop watching the smokestack for the roaster during Sept and Oct and doing on-the-fly calculations on his laptop using fractal geometry analysis of the exhaust rings to come up with these numbers.
QUESTION TWO MAYBE A BONUS MONEY MAKER FOR ALL OF US:
Pushing through a split will down the share count but up the price and blow the lid off the publicity circuit and have both AMEX and NYSE competing for listing!"
