I agree with your NAV estimate. I also believe it will be be in the $2.70 but might be as high as $3.00.

Todays action is very promising with every low being higher than the previous low. All this price action is without the benefit of the insider support. I wouldn't be surprised if the stock price is trading steady above the $2.00 level once the earnings come out.
