That said, yes I think CAN is worth more still, but it doesnt mean they are in the clear by anymeans. I suspect it will cost them $$, but doesnt mean it is a sell. Just means, SOC is a buy in my opinion. I am not one to base my opinions based on herd trading mentality. Thats a fools game.
