Thomson Reuters Corp.  will report third-quarter earnings Oct. 28 that should beat Street estimates, suggests TD Newcrest analyst Vince Valentini. He sees earnings-per-share of 46 cents, two cents better than consensus, and expects positive organic revenue growth for the first time this cycle to be a catalyst for stock gains.

Upside: Mr. Valentini maintained a $50 price target on the stock, and added: “We strongly encourage investors to step in to buy TRI shares before the reported results.”
