RE: RE: RE: what will it take and the risksWow...lol... "the vitriol that lashes out at reasoned and rational assessments"... Now that assumes that everything said is rational and a truth.
You said that QID dosing (for those who don't know, that's latin for 4 times per day) is a problem and that doctors don't like 4 times per day dosing and that patients don't want 4 times per day dosing because they wear pants and that requires one to remove pants 4 times per day... and what else was said... "If you are rich you probably work in pants..." Now that's funny. Seriously, very funny.
That's so linear logic that it's absurd. Rich = Pants
Seriously now...patient compliance in general is THE problem but that would go for any dosing whether it is 2 times per day, 3 times per day or four times per day or even one time per day and for ANY drug.
i've never heard of a doctor not prescribing a drug because of its recommended dosage. Tell me you have some statistics on doctor preferrences based on dosage otherwise your statement is not reasoned and not rational?
And really, do you think someone who has knee pain won't at least roll up their pant legs to apply the drug. Does everyone really have to remove the entire pant to use it. That's really pushing the rationalism now don't ya think? And now adays, more women wear the pants than ever. Don't you think you are kind of pushing the "rationalism" a bit too far?
And what is Volteren Gel's recommended dosage? Well it just happens to be 4 times per day and it is selling well so that once again disproves the reasoned and rational assessment theory.
Now that was not vitriol at all. That's the nature of debate and free speech.
