Polaris Renewable Energy Inc. is engaged in the acquisition, development and operation of renewable energy projects in Latin America. Its Vista Hermosa Solar Parks are located in the village of Vista Hermosa, Corregimiento de Pueblos Unidos, Aguadulce district, Cocle Province. Through its subsidiary Generacion Andina SAC, it owns 8 de Agosto, a Run of River hydroelectric operation.

RJ. I agree with your nomination for Cosminac . His detailed analysis and comprehensive projections are very useful.

I am grateful to him and quite pleased to have him around all the time.

I was not there a year ago, but I glad to be long RPG now and wish all a good Anniversary.

Hopefully we will "steam" ahead during our second year.
