Dynacor next to Antares

Dynacor next to AntaresMalaga owns 15% of Dynacor...buyout coming?

First Quantum (TSX:FM) is buying Antares Minerals (TSX-V:AMN) in a cash and share deal worth about C$460 million. Their flagship property is the Haquira project located in southern Peru in the vicinity of Dynacor Gold's (TSX:DNG) Tumipampa gold/copper project. Haquira, as Tumipampa, is situated in the Andes at elevations of 3,500 to 4,400 meters and on the same mineralized belt the Andahuaylas-Yauri. https://af.reuters.com/article/energyOilNews/idAFLDE69H0B120101018.

Haquira contains an estimated 3.7 million tonnes of copper on a measured and indicated basis.
The Andahuaylas-Yauri belt is host to significant skarn and porphyry-style copper/gold/molybdenum mineralization and includes the skarn (Tintaya) and porphyry copper deposits (Antapaccay) of the Tintaya district, as well as the skarns in the Las Bambas district, and the Los Chancas deposit.
