Again, one of my picks where I wait for it to bottom out and come up a bit, wait for the cash issues to be solved, THEN buy in and wait for the good news. Although I have no evidence here because I didn't plug any biotechs, but you can take my word for it.

See that? You don't catch the falling knife in an attempt to get the bottom. Did I get in at the 52 week low of $1.52? No, but $1.78 is pretty darn good considering where its at now.
