Invesco Emerging Markets Sovereign Debt ETF V.PCY

Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

Comparable to SouthGobi Resources Ltd.?

Comparable to SouthGobi Resources Ltd.?I've been just looking, but there are quite the similarities to the only other Canadian company that has achieved the milestone of receiving a permit to mine in Mongolia.

I've read both Presentations of both companies and they seem to possess similar potential, albeit SouthGobi Resources Ltd. is already mining and selling their coal.  Long way to go for PCY, but they are heading in the right direction so it seems.  GLTA

The following is from PCY's last news release:

"At present time, Leighton Asia Ltd. and Prophecy have deployed over 50 staff at Ulaan Ovoo with a full line of mining equipment to start production at the rate of 120,000 tonnes a month. Over two million tonnes of waste have already been removed to expose the project's massive coal seam at surface. Prophecy is looking to become the second Canadian company after SouthGobi Resources Ltd. to receive a permit to mine in Mongolia."
