Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

Interesting thought AdamJT, and a welcomed one if indeed that's the case.

Personally I would like to think that investors who are in possession of warrants/options would sell into strength to have them exercised and not into weakness as PCY is experiencing today.

Either way, it's going to be a buying opportunity or a good time to sell form some. I was beginning to this was a good time to buy, but will now wait for and see if I can get better price, if indeed that happens. Cheers
