News release?????4fun you are correct.

This news release is embarrassing.   

Did you know they have an AGM on November 29th? 

How does one vote for this AGM?  There must be alot of confidence in current management to get things done since they are not worried about announcing an AGM in 1 months time. 

So who really needs to report anything to the market?
