I guess it pays (or costs) to do the whole due dilligence.  IF I was a CAN shareholder I'd be mad that a bunch of rag-tag execs (someone else's words) stole $50mm from them, because their own management team couldn't take the proper precautions to ensure they owned the claim they drilled.   Doesn't really matter, because there is not much of a difference between 550mm shares out and 575mm.  The ones that bought the pull on SOC yesterday may feel a slight difference LOL!

Here's another question for the CAN shareholders, why didn't the recent PP underwriters find this problem either?...

Green is green, green is good.
