RE: RE: The reason a preferred stock is converted.Bailmeout...the one thing I am missing is why did "Fonds" convert at this point if the marketable conversion "percs" would reflect the potential common stock appreciation? Did the percs related to the conversion option expire or begin to diminish after 5 years? Thanx, rg
