RE: RE: RE: We are working on another financing inWhy would you care if there was  a reverse stock split. Splits have no impact whatsoever on the value of your holdings. If anything, it would probably help, since people are psychologically more willing to buy 1 share of a 60 cent stock than they are to buy 4 shares of a 15 cent stock. It's a perception of value. You should be far more concerned whether the coming stock sale drags the price down.
