But it's not the Disney character I refer to. Pluto is a perfect name for an investor. In Greek mythology  Pluto was god of the underworld Tertius ("third world") and its "riches." The name is the Latinized form of Greek ????t?? (Plouton), another name by which Hades was known in Greek mythology, possibly from the Greek word for "wealth."
