I did a similar type of thing June 30-Sept 30 and came up with a NAV of $4.40.
Then I looked at the change in price from June 30 to Sept. 30 for the 80 stocks where Pinetree is listed as an insider. Results were similar - big increases.
I did not factor in warrants which would likely elevate the NAV level.
I did not factor in private companies as there is no data available for them.

It is just about impossible to analyze all factors but the lowest increase I can see in NAV is 30 percent.
My gut says it will be higher.

I would like to see your spreadsheet.
By trading information everybody gains.
