Thank you for your interest in TAD MineralExploration Ltd. (TJ – TSX.V). Several project milestones make this is anexciting time for TAD. Recent work on the Hazleton GOLD Property in central BChas resulted in new high-grade GOLD discoveries and has increased the area ofknown GOLD mineralization on the property. TAD has now completed work on the Hazelton North(Sidina) Project. .

A total of 325 core samples have beensubmitted to Acme Labs of Vancouver, BC. A total of 17 blank rock chip samples(non-mineralized monzonite) were inserted for data verificationpurposes. Results from thesesamples are expected to be returned within 4-8 weeks

TAD recently acquired 10 contiguous rareearth mineral claims in Quebec. These new claims are in closeproximity to Commerce Resources Corp.’s (“Commerce”) Eldor Rare Earth Prospect,that recently announced 1.72% TREO over 215.30 metres in the first hole at theEldor. (August 20, 2010)

TAD currently has approximately 30 millioncommon shares outstanding.

HAZELTONNORTH & SOUTH, BC

• Hazelton North property has sampled up to 52.8 g/t gold

• Geological, geochemical, and geophysical surveys has resulted in several new high-grade gold discoveries and increased the area of known gold mineralization on the property

• Six NQ diameter diamond drill holes totaling 804 meters (2,637.1 ft) have been completed on the Hazelton North (Sidina) Project. Five holes (SD10DDH-1 to5) were directed at the Camp Zone quartz-sulphide veins. One drill hole (SD10DDH-6), was targeted towards the West Creek Zone. All six holes intersected mineralization.
