EMI has more leverage here

EMI can earn in 75% of the property. They should benefit more from this than IMT. The option deal is a giveaway, done when the markets were soft and before the Chinese started acting up with the REEs.

I am long EMI. Internation Montoro, I don't care. I am long CIN, Commerce Resources, I don't care.

I am feeling warm and fuzzy about EMI. They are about to pop.
