Bart,

I am long in hrg shares, so not much in common with prouditalian
what i meant:
-When large IPOs happen, access to US investors is important, especially in gold
-In US there is 135-day rule, which says that listing can take place no later than 135 days from the date of underlying accounts, which is around Nov 15. for Q2 numbers
-The company needs to announce about 1 month prior to that in order too conduct marketing and  road show

thus i concluded that ipo is not coming this quarter
