i spoke with Jim  a while ago and retract my earlier statements

aperantly they are unable to do a NR as they have not received the official paperwork from BLM (The actual pieces of paper) and acording to him they cant release the news until they are in posession of them.

Go figure, it all seams a little backwards to me but I  guess we just have to go with that !!? right or wrong It a little like waching something happen on TV but until the right person oficialy comes on saying that it happend its not so (waching a dam break and flood out a village in real time but having to wait for the mayor to come on and say the dam has broken and flooded the village) for it to be true

I guess they could have asked for the halt pending the news though ???? not sure what the rules are on that

mabe that would have been better even if it takes a few days

Im just glad we have them and the rise in SP will follow at some point
