RE: Tranzeo's credit facility increases to $6.5-miI know you are saying its "rough" but you can't use an asset-based approach to value a company like this.  Even if you did, you are attributing all the value of TZT based on the purchase price for Aperto (which presumably wasn't based on tangible assets either).  Saying its worth $26mm because the Apero purchase price was $20mm?  If Aperto was worth $20mm, and it was in very poor condition when acquired, you could only reasonably assume TZT is worth significantly more.  Anyway, I'm just writing this telling anyone reading it to take it with a huge grain of salt.  I doubt any equity analyst, lender, investor, or potential acquirer would use this method.
