RE: Re: Equity Trust Refiles NoticeThey have announced a split of the company etc. I do not believe they will do that because they have not been able to finance the company as per the requirements of the Exchange etc. to do this. My guess is that they have something that is material to the company (that is what special would refer to) and that could be;
1. Roll back
2. Roll back and name change
3. Someone want to take it over and get them out of the way.
The third option would be great but unlikely, but remember this. Wallster wanted to create a new listing for his Guyana holdings and that was suppose to be Demerera or like name. He has not done that yet and from just the delay IMO that means he is having trouble getting that done. A new listing is a huge process but clean, vis-a-vis buying a shell and dumping a project into it.
So if Shoreham is not spliting that has to be announced and the new plans put out to the shareholders. If you know David Bending he is all about optics so your guess is as good as mine.
