RE: Aren't leaving the boat..actionplanner, stop your incessant promotion of the option plan. Just call it as it is and call a spade a spade.
First off, the options are not too much more above s/p. Bids are at .095 and asks are at .10 and the options are at .10 ... it would have been better if the options were higher ... about .15 - .20 ...
Second, there is more dilution. Normally, a few million does not matter too much for options and, yes, its quite normal. BUT after having promised in April this year that there would be no need for a PP, hence no dilution, then a few months later did a PP (without explanation apart from IR - if you call them and even the explanation is weak).... the extra dilution just pokes you the wrong way just a little bit harder.
Third, why issue options? Is this a bonus? For what? The s/p in the tank. They couldn't raise enough interest for a PP @ .12 and had to lower the PP to .08,------ from their NR in August it reads that there was no known delay to mining other than the transfer time of the permit of a about 7 days (going by memory on this one), they made it appear that mining would happen in a few weeks, even IR was saying mid-September at the latest --------- Almost 3 months later and still no production @ mine #3 ...... No update either - unless you call IR and ask --- and you know they're full of s.hit .... remember W.V. ??
This is just the tip of the iceberg here. So, stop, actionplanner. All those who have been here long enough don't like them. You promotion of them makes you seem like a pumper / disingenuous. I am a shareholder and long term at that!!!! I'm not happy with the way the company is run so far ........... I definitely don't agree with issuing these options .... Work for them, earn them!!
