the permitsNow that BLM has signe off on the permit for Copperstone
we have two more to wait for but those are well on the the way here is what I have been able to find out the water one is the biggie

I sent an e mail to her a while ago this was her response:
The expedited consultant is currently drafting the permit. I expect it in for my review by early next week.
We still have external review by the applicant and a public notice pending. I expect to public notice by the end of Oct, if all goes well.
