Yet another Nimrod banished to...

Yet another Nimrod banished to......my ignore list. Geez - where do these cretins come from?

Thanks Poise for the input. Penn West is a well run Company and they have some class assets that will reward at the right oil price and the under the right incentives.

Thanks to rustycat for the updates on locations and the links. I don't check in here much - but I have kept all my shares and they are doing just fine. I see this as a company to accumulate on any short term weakness and put the shares away while they steadily grow production and prove up more reserves.

The verticals are cheap to drill, have fair economics and are the best way to get a feel for potential new areas - but realistically as most companies have found out - the benefits of having well drilled horizontals are quite compelling on a large development basis.
