CHINA?????????Remember this is China. If they dont want to square up  they dont have to. What is Larry gonna send them a bill to the IMF? Or take them to court ? This is a bad deal from the start. However if Larry had gotten machinary in there to do the work instead of men then maybe He would have had a chance at something. Keeping the Leaders son on board might help. Me im watching and waiting and i,ve been doing that for YEARS---Whers is Mike Hoy when ya need the news?????? haha GOTTA GO DOWN THE RABBITT HOLE I GUESS.
