About time. Soon or later, this was going to happen anyway. Probably dragged a lttle longer due to delays with the Chinese. The Burtons were obstables for MAA to move forward - had too much personal agenda/benefits mixed in. Also wonder if the parents did a favor for their son.

This can be interpreted either way. The deal fell through, and the Burtons had to take responsibility. Or, the deal is going through and the buyer preferred this arrangment sooner. Take your pick.

Rich has to prove himself to stay in his new position though. "$hit happens" uh?. Have a suspecion he is a temporary fill for about a year, two maximum.
