What has happened as the share price has approached $4 is that the time value of the warrants has dropped. With shares now at 3.67, and warrants at 1.52, the time value of the warrants is .05, whereas when the shares were trading at 2.20 (the warrant exercise price), the time value of the warrants was about .60.
