Hi Don.

The signing of a JV deal will be a material change and will have to be announced.

I don't think anyone is getting a crack at anything. EV and RTZ both drilled holes. They have a good enough picture of what they have to enable a JV deal to be signed. They had one before, so they should be able to get one again.

I believe you will be able to pick up cheap shares until the JV is announced.

That is my opinion.
