RE: RE: RE: RE: Control of Brazil's Fertilizer mar My guess is Canaccord is booking profits,,,,,and after they book profits,,,they will go short IMO. Furthermore,,,,although I like Pescod,,,,he does work for Canaccord Wealth Management.
I personally do not know much about the Potash market,,,,but I think you cleared it up pretty well PotashPro. I also think AMZ will be wildly profitable,,,,just using back of napkin numbers,,,,4.4 million tons and 160.00 per ton. So take out 60.00 production cost,,,,you get 440 million profits,,,,,take a worst case scenario,,,,,say 100.00 cost,,,,that leaves 60.00 at 4.4 million tons,,,,divided by 100 million shares would be 2.64 a share profit.
So,,,we are roughly( very roughly) saying 4.40 a share profits per year and thats after they dilute up to a 100 million shares.
The worst case would be 2.64 a share profits per year.
So,,,as I say,,,,very rough numbers,,,,but no matter how I look at it,,,,even saying that AMZ dilutes itself up to 100 million shares outstanding,,,,and then they spend 100.00 a ton to produce their potash,,,,heck,,,they still make 2.64 a share profit. Give them a P/E of 10,,,,and you have a 26.00 share price.
