Look back in May 2004 the stock was about $cn1.45 and Rich Carlson came on board and big things were going to happen.

Now 6 years later this stock is stuck at $cn1.00 with no sign of any movement.

If the board won't replace Rich and Maria then we need to replace the board.

I keep looking at the filings and the only ones making money on this company are the useless upper management.

I bet we could get a new CFO and CEO for half what we pay those guys.  Could anyone do any worse?

Why are we paying so much for executives when this is only a penny stock?  

If we let them keep sucking this company dry, soon the price will be under 2 cents.

and that's my 2 cents.

If I tried to sell stock now into this low volume the price would free fall.
