RE: RE: RE: These certifications

RE: RE: RE: These certificationsYaba.

If you cared about factual posting," the Canadian device classification rules were developed so that theywere harmonized with the European Union's device classification rulesand the device classifications of the Untied States. It was noted thatthe rules borrow significantly from those that appear in the EuropeanUnion's Council Directive 93/42/EEC. Many of the rules andinterpretations of terms are either the same as, or similar to, thoseproposed by the European Union in the supporting documentation to theCouncil Directive. Therefore, changing any of the rules will be verydifficult since it would impact on harmonization."

Like...you want to re-write the rules for the whole world?

I dunno, but I'm thinking that Canadian approval of the European approval of Ufit for glucose monitoring might come by November the 8th. That is why Bio says they'll do additional testing if "approved".

Either way, the approval has been set in motion.

The shorts had better get moving....I imagine the financial spinchter muscles of the shorts are starting to act up.
