Oncolytics Biotech Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. Which means they have upwards of $50M in cash. That should negate any further financing (?) before market approval. Now we await the updates!

At least, this time, they negotiated a half decent revenue stream. I've always felt that if they can keep the share level at between 70-80 million, fully diluted, we should all be well taken care of.
