Clearly the company would not issue this news release prior to signing agreements. Those agreements typically have NDA's for limited disclosure which is pretty standard for carcinogen topics at this stage of development. Process is : Develop, test, Patent, partner test, commercial partner, (might have added step of development for partner for branding and special industry requirements.) Commercial agreement would be negotiated last to have all the key commercial terms to give better guidance as to the potential.
Expect guidance on H2S rollout for first season. Critical factors are is there a good representation of customers? Is it a niche product or a platform? Does the industry see it that way by their buying patterns, at what point do the hockey stick revenue projections kick in or does a major start seeing diminishing market share as a motivation to jump in and take them out- (this year? next year?)
