RE: News!

RE: News!
Note: Failure to properly report good news that is "material to the stock price" is just as big of an exchange non-compliance/legal issue as reporting inaccurate positive news.

So if Regent's management is in possession of good news concerning the ability of the two oil wells to produce  or the results or positive results from the assays and delays release of these facts via a news release, their behavior could result in serious problems with the exchange or worse.  The reason is that insiders have increased opportunity to buy more stock at lower prices. and this behavior is considered as manipulating the market.  Of course, the same is true of reporting bad news in a timely fashion.

So, I would assume that no good news or bad news that is material to the stock price currently eists.

I do find the absense of reporting the results associated with having a completion rigs on site as reported in the last bull board sponsored release, very strange since completions are usually "completed" in 3-10 days depending on well depth and other factors.

The completion rig on site announcement was about 30 days ago and we have no news. - bad or good???
