It is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and development of oil and gas projects, in specific non-conventional projects such as tight oil, oil shale, shale oil and shale gas. moratoriumI'd say 70% plus of any potential moratorium is already factored in.  Look at NG prices, I have never seen a commodity chart that looks like that.  Do you really want to be short this?  I can understand wanting to sit on the sidelines, but being short is a crazy thing right now.
